The niche size should be at least not less than one square meter. After formation, introduce a frame of timber round it. The overhang should be at least twenty five millimeters. The bottom board should be a hundred millimeters in width. Use a stucco or resin finish instead of plain plaster. Paint the timber surfaces to contrast the main wall and the niche.
