The nine-year-old log home, which was custom-designed, can accommodate 12 guests in 6 bedrooms with 9 beds and 4 baths. The Noonday Lodge on Horse Pointe is spacious and bright. It is a great place to gather with family and friends at any time. This waterfront property in the woods on Lake Blue Ridge offers spectacular views of the lake and mountains, a boat-dock, and a furnished fire pit gazebo, perfect for late night s’mores. The main floor of the log home features a fully-equipped designer kitchen with appliances from Kitchen Aid. The dining area opens to a covered patio with a Weber gas barbecue. The living room features a large leather sectional sofa, two swivel chair, a beautiful stone fireplace that reaches to the ceiling, and a 65 inch television. This room opens to a covered patio with a fireplace and comfortable outdoor furniture.
The main floor features two bedrooms. One is a master bedroom, with a large walk in closet, a double sink bathroom and a stone cascading rain shower. The second bedroom, which is a king-sized bedroom, can be converted to two twin-sized ones. This room also includes a full-sized bathroom. On the main floor, you will find the full-size washers and dryers. The terrace level has room for 8 people, large and small. There is a two-bedroom family suite with a king bedroom and a connecting room that has two twin beds, a double sofa bed, and a bathroom. The king bedroom with the best lake views shares a full bath with the children’s twin bed bedroom. The bar features a foosball game and a table for shuffleboard. The family area has two overstuffed chairs, a couch of full size, and a 65 inch television. The Lodge features ceiling fans in every room, WIFI, and direct TV. You can use beach towels, water-floats, and children’s toys.
You can use the boat dock if you rent a boat, or bring your own. Boating is a great way to enjoy the lake. You can admire the stunning houses, try your hand at the rope swing or go tubing. You should also include a lunch or dinner at the Marina Bar and Grill on your list. The Noonday Lodge is a four-minute drive to Downtown Blue Ridge, offering countless upscale shops and restaurants, art galleries, wine bars, breweries, and all the vacation activities you desire…whitewater rafting, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking trails, horseback riding, zip-lining, and even a train ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway.
